in 2001, the nc real estate commission approved steve’s certification as ce, pre and post-licensing instructor . continuing his pursuit of growth and expertise, he earned the gri designation in 2004 and was honored to be named a distinguished real estate instructor (drei) in 2017 by the national real estate educator’s association (reea).
the author of multiple continuing education courses, steve collaborated with marie spodek, drei to offer manufactured & modular housing, a national dearborn publishing ce course that he is pleased to be refining for an updated offering soon!
